While domains and hosting are not included as standard, I provide managed high-performance hosting and ongoing maintenance for a monthly charge, utilizing servers across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Clauses.
1. Engagement & Deposit
Work begins once the initial deposit is cleared. This applies to both outright purchases and monthly plans, securing your slot in my development queue for your new single or multi-page build.
2. Service Fees
Hosting, domain renewals, and technical maintenance fees are billed monthly. These fees cover global server uptime, security patches, and the ongoing technical health of your digital asset.
3. Cloud Infrastructure
Managed hosting is provided via elite cloud architecture with data centres located throughout the UK, Europe, and the US, ensuring your site remains fast and accessible for global and local buyers.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In monthly plans, termination terms apply as per your specific project agreement to ensure a fair transfer of assets.
