I collect and process data strictly to provide bespoke web design, local search strategies, commercial media, and client support. I never sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal data to third-party brokers, marketing aggregators, or directories.
Direct Enquiries
Name, business name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, and project notes submitted via our intake forms.
Anti-Spam & Google Analytics
Submission IP address and security nonces to prevent spam, alongside anonymised Google Analytics metrics (device type, approximate town/region, pages viewed) to measure Lancashire search visibility.
Project Scope & Audits
Domain addresses, business postcodes, and commercial targets supplied for 2-minute video audits and search teardowns.
HMRC Invoicing Records
Company registration numbers, invoicing addresses, and bank settlement logs retained for statutory tax compliance. Full card details are never stored.

You retain 100% permanent legal ownership of your business brand identity, logos, photography, domain registration, written copy, and customer leads. If you ever choose to migrate, your customer data and creative assets remain entirely yours.
LZW Digital provides and maintains the underlying custom technical codebase, server infrastructure, security patches, and Google algorithm optimisations under our affordable Managed Usage Licence.
5. Data Retention & Security Safeguards
We do not store your data longer than necessary:
- Enquiry Logs: Project intake and website rescue forms are backed up into an encrypted database table for up to 90 days as a fail-safe against third-party mail server delays, after which they are purged.
- IP Security Transients: IP addresses logged for anti-spam rate limiting expire automatically within 10 to 60 minutes.
- Google Analytics Metrics: Aggregated user and event-level analytical data processed via Google Analytics 4 is set to a standard retention window of 2 to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's servers.
- Statutory Financial Records: Invoices, payment confirmations, and VAT records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with UK HMRC requirements.
6. 30-Day Rolling Commercial Agreements
We do not believe in locking local Lancashire businesses into restrictive 12-month legal contracts. Ongoing local SEO, website maintenance, hosting, and digital marketing retainers operate on standard 30-day rolling agreements. We earn client loyalty through measurable results, phone calls, and revenue growth.
